Heritage Fair

Throughout the day, diversions will include bagpipers, traditional singers and dancers as well as other musicians and entertainers.  Walk through an 1830's fur trade fort or an 1860's farm house.  Experience education in a one-room 1870's Schoolhouse.  For those who are more hands on, learn how to swing a sword, shoot a flint-lock gun, throw a tomahawk or participate in one of many other skills demonstrations.

Refreshments, including foods of the past are available for enjoyment on site.

The 2010 Heritage Fair will take place on May 1.  Additional information regarding the event can be found here.  The Heritage Fair is held in the Fort Lupton History Park located on the north side of Fort Lupton (for directions and map).  For more information call 303 857 4474.
